Case Study
YecoAI

Overview
AI Research Built for Production, Not for Demos
YecoAI is an Italian AI research company based in Mondovì, Piedmont. It builds proprietary models, agents and safety layers designed for production, from an AI support agent for hosting providers to a family of small Italian language models.
In a market full of AI companies chasing hype, YecoAI takes the opposite stance: solve a vertical problem end to end, measure the result, and let the numbers do the talking.

Problem
Three Products, One Company, and Nothing Like the Usual AI Look
The real challenge was coherence. YecoAI doesn't sell a single product: DeskNexo serves hosting providers, EnderDevelopment serves gaming communities, and the Yeco models speak to developers and organizations with privacy and compliance needs. Three audiences with very different expectations, all needing to recognize the same company.
On top of that, the AI sector has settled into a visual and verbal template of its own: glowing gradients, abstract orbs and promises nobody can verify. For a research company with real benchmarks and an anti-hype stance, looking like everyone else would have undermined the very credibility it is built on.

Result
A Brand That Sounds Like Its Research: Direct and Measurable
I designed the new brand and website around the same principle the company works by: solve problems, not demos. Copy is short and direct, and the structure separates research, products, news and partners, so each audience finds its own path without wading through the others.
Numbers take the place of adjectives. Benchmark results, training costs and response times sit up front as proof, and the Italian identity is stated plainly instead of dressed up, giving the company a confident, credible voice in a field that usually shouts.
